WindMaster 4.14.7 with the following features and error corrections compared to 4.14.6:

• Adding balloons SE-ZMP(#j), SE-ZMU(#y) and SE-ZGA(#z)
• "Altitude" named reference level and Height refers to height above reference level
• Fixing fault in converting *.plt files
• Correcting fault in error message for internet tracking
• APRS icons updated to 2005 years version
• Correcting faulty displayed value of position for Garmin GPSes
• Speed up start of Garmin GPS when it has no time
• Change update interval for DirectX from 3 to 12 months
• Fixing error with writing scale on map ruler
• Wrong label for "Retrieval vehicle symbol" in option dialog form corrected
• Change format of winds file from fixed to space/tab/comma separated
• Extra check that removes faulty position from some Garmin GPSes before satellites are found
