WindMaster 4.6.3 with the following features and error corrections:
- Help file updated to 4.6.3 status
- Default location and grid system are retreived from the License file
- Setting of time in PC clock now works from USB GPS
- Checking of DirectX files is only done if you are using 3D map
- No more copy to clipboard of old ComputerID
- Some improvents in Waypoint window
