WindMaster 3.18.3 with the following features and error corrections
- The map window can also present UTM coordinates. Use the key U for toggeling between this mode and normal.
- The exeptions in UTM zone definition is now included (Western Norway)
- Some problems with WindSock Pibal licenses solved.
