WindMaster 3.3.1 with the following error corrections and new features
- Accept hdr files for DEM that are stored in unix-format (only CR or LF)
- Consistent status messages in Event Log
- The map engine for Swedish map has been upgraded. It now accept maps create after 2001
- Short-cuts waypoint could be shown in target window
- Some minor error corrections
- updated Help file
