WindMaster 4.16.12 with the following features compared to 4.16.10:

• Change color of own Windgraph to black
• It is possible to enter pibal data (right-click the observation point on the map and select "Input wind data"
• Balloon EC-JBF ("Winds of hops") introduced
• Time-out for received messages changed from 3 to 1 minutes

Bug fixes:

• Correcting fault that BalloonEscort PC sends balloon's wind graph back to balloon
• Resets speech drop count-down when a new target has been selected
• Correcting faults for internet_msg: utc shall be an attribute & several elements merge into one
• Fixing run-time error when checking Com ports on some computers
