WindMaster 3.10.6 with the following error corrections and features
- Error when typing an existing waypoint name in single waypoint dialog box corrected
- All waypoint names are now not case-sensible
- Clicking on a waypoint when scale is less than 1:7500 will selected that waypoint if it exists. otherwise will a new waypoint be created
- Expire date changed to 2007-02-15
